The L1 festival is an all age, free two day outdoor music & arts festival placed in unique locations at the heart of Liverpool city centre.

The L1 Festival showcases the abundance of unsigned talent in Liverpool and the surrounding areas, helping to promote new music and art for all without cost to the audience. The festival aims to unite all ages and cultures in the community and promote a friendly family atmosphere that gives those who are unaware of the unsigned music scene and/or are too young to attend the city’s evening music venues, as well as presenting a different cultural experience to L1’s residents. The L1 festival gives these residents the chance to experience our city’s talent.

The L1 festival aims are backed by the Liverpool City Council and Liverpool Vision, who are focussed on providing long term benefits to local business and the community as a whole creating and promoting family values, cultural harmony and entertainment for all. The festival is to be inclusive and welcoming to all residents and people of Liverpool and the Merseyside area to join together in celebration of our local talent.
